William grew up as a missionary kid and spent over three years living in Haiti. After returning to Bluffton, he graduated from Kingdom Academy and pursued a degree in accounting at Purdue University Fort Wayne. During college, Will worked as a Real Estate Appraiser Trainee and bookkeeper for Complete Appraisal Services. He also interned as an auditor with Forvis Mazars before joining the HRC team. Will appreciates the values and community at HRC and currently resides in Bluffton with his wife, Kylie.
