is to provide proactive consulting, tax and accounting services in an environment that promotes integrity and concern for both the client and team needs.
From the Beginning
Since 1969, Honegger, Ringger & Co., CPA’s has focused on serving client needs with integrity and competency. Kenneth F. Honegger, CEO and Partner, began this firm in Bluffton, Indiana and it has continued to grow in size, but more importantly in experience and expertise. Our clientele includes individuals, small businesses, and not-for-profit organizations. HRC is a member of the Indiana CPA Society and the American Institute of CPA's.

Our Team
Today, HRC is made up of seven partners and a talented group of approximately 15 additional team members who are dedicated to providing you with quality professional services.
Each of our team members is trained and experienced to better serve the needs of our clients. We realize that each client is important and has specific needs, so it is our goal to assign the team member with the specific training and experience to assist in meeting those needs.
Location
HRC’s office is located in Bluffton, Indiana. We primarily service clients in Adams, Allen, Jay, Wells, and surrounding Counties---all located in northeastern Indiana.
